    Aarau - Basel 2 - 2
    Servette - Grasshoppers 3 - 1
    Thun - St.Gallen 1 - 1
    Wil - Young_Boys 0 - 1
    Züric - Xamax 3 - 1

Aarau were first to score with an early goal from De Napoli (6’), but two goals from Scott Chipperfield (27’) and Herve Tum (54’) gave the league leaders the advantage.
In the 66th minute, De Napoli added his second to give Aarau their fifth draw of the season.

Wow!!! Finally someone managed to hold Basel to a tie. Great job Aarau! Nice victory for Servette also. Zurich was a suprise victor over Xamax, and YB did good to pull out a road victory ar Wil.

    Here is where we stand:

    1. Basel 14 13 1 0 45:12 40
    2. Servette 14 8 4 2 31:23 28
    3. Young Boys 14 9 1 4 25:18 28
    4. Aarau 14 5 5 4 22:21 20
    5. St. Gallen 14 4 5 5 20:23 17
    6. Thun 14 3 6 5 16:27 15
    7. NE Xamax 14 4 2 8 18:24 14
    8. Grasshopper 14 4 1 9 20:31 13
    9. Zürich 14 3 2 9 20:23 11
    10. Wil 14 2 3 9 18:33 9

It really looks like there is starting to be some seperation between the top three and the rest of the league. Granted there is still 22 games left in the season, but the YB/Servette battle should be exciting to watch.

Here is where the league stands on attendence:
    Aarau: 6379
    Basel: 30034
    Grasshopper: 9238
    NE Xamax 8300
    Servette 7359
    St. Gallen 9129
    Thun 3976
    Wil 3100
    Young Boys 8279
    Zürich 7400

Overall not too bad. GCZ spectators suprise me, they are still showing up despite the bad team. Good job in Neuchatel, Bern, St Gallen and Aarau. I wonder if that is a record for Aarau so far?

Well, we did have the the games against Basel and FCZ. Those two games still bump the average quite a bit. I expect attendance to drop in the next few games...

Aarau had a sellout against Basel (9,250). Apparently the SFL made Aarau reduce their capacity due to secuirty reasons (the Brugglifeld used to have a capacity of 13,000 or so)...

Nice showing by the Servette fans. They should have another big crowd against Basel next week. If they can start averaging 10K a game, that would be great and a good basis for the future...

As for the games, yet another bad match by GC. With Salatic we have another freaking injury. This is simply not our year. Only 5 more games until the winter break... *sigh*
