My LiveExtra says my account is not part of my subscription with Comcast even though I pay those dirty whores every month. Guess it is yard work time.

Looks to be 4-5-1 this time around. Yedlin playing at RB.

I keep expecting him to be in the rave green.

Seems that Sunderland has adopted Big Sam's style. Gonna sit back and absorb. Probably waiting for set piece opportunities. Yedlin's been fine so far.

Yedlin beaten for a knockdown header that leads to a chance. The commentary points out that Yedlin is consistently being put in the position of having to decide between two attackers, highlighting the importance of the support play from his line mates.

Nice break by Yedlin, but he had no real options and lost the chance.

Couple of loose touches. And lots of crosses coming in from his side: He's not responsible for all of them, but you want to see him stop more.

Great opportunity for Sunderland - incorrectly whistled for offside.

Seems a bit lacking in energy when defending, which is odd.

M'Villa totally missed Yedlin's nice run.

Think that is probably indecision as he is trying two players. Not a great game but Adam Johnson defensive work rate is awful.

Better first touch in traffic from Yedlin.

Part of the problem is that Sam's game plan guarantees constant pressure on the back line.

Sounds like the Sounders. Cooper and Neagle hung him out to dry often.

Poor first half, especially on the ball. Needs to recover position with more urgency. Won his share of headers and his clearances have been passable. Hasn't gotten beaten in behind and generally stayed tight but could still make it harder to cross it in.

Watmore strikes me as a player who is going to get hype and the benefit of the doubt (oh he's so industrious) because he's English.
