Major Indoor Soccer League All-Star Game recap on WLUW 88.7 FM 8:30am 3/16. While awaiting the kickoff of the eighth season of Major League Soccer in April, players who provided a bridge from the NASL to MLS gathered last weekend in Milwaukee for the Major Indoor Soccer League's All-Star Weekend. I made the trip up I-94 and reminisced with the legends of indoor soccer such as former Chicago Sting players Drago, Batata (who also played for the Chicago Power), and current Milwaukee Wave goalkeeper Victor Nogueira. I was also at the game. I thought it was a good game, and also enjoyed the legends match. I would imagine the main factor as to whether indoor returns to Chicago anytime soon is whether or not that proposed arena in Prospect Heights ever gets built, and that's not looking good.
