That doesn't sound like much. People complaining about looks? About a joke he made about himself? You can find stuff like that in any office. Portland fired the Thorns coach who allegedly asked players for sex and fired the player who allegedly hit his wife. That's about as much as they can do. Expecting them to lead a campaign of vilification against the coach and player is unrealistic.
Why an MLS team would want to invest into a woman's team is beyond me. So much unnecessary drama you have to deal with.

Agreed people should behave themselves. But the tweet from Madison Shanley in the thread sure shows entitlement. She seems to think as a self-proclaimed sexual assault and domestic violence survivor that she is owed Golub's head. That's not how it works.
