Saw some highlights from the other games in this cup last night, none of the stadiums were close to selling out. I went to the Benfica v PSG game at BMO Field in Toronto on Saturday, 18k turnout which was over 50% of the stadium and they had one section closed off.

It's still a step in the right path to bring more attention to football in North America though

Where are you sitting? I will be wearing my Nainggolan shirt! PSG has a strange, quiet fan base. It's nothing compared to Rome, sorry.

i know, i read your blog hahah

i also have a Nainggolan shirt in tar (my sister bought it for me when she went to Rome last year) but i wont be wearing it to the game today. i'm sitting in the Viola supporters section. im not sure how they'll take to a Roma fan in their presence. i'll be wearing my knockoff 10€ Giuseppe Rossi jersey i got when i was in Toscana

so tonight im "literally" a wolf in sheep's clothing

if you've ever been to a NYRB game, it's the section where all the away supporters sit, North side upper level, section 220 221, PSG supporters section is the other side, section 202

last time i checked 220 is sold out, 221 is 1/2 full. still not too late to switch seats if you wanna join the dark side

you can go to the ticket window and ask for seat change and pay the price difference (if any)

are you going to the Gold Cup final in philly by any chance? i'll be wearing my Roma Bradley jersey there lol (if US makes it)

I'm looking for a job... You're not involved in real estate, magazine writing, sports economics, or sports car testing, are you?

I still haven't bought tickets. Seems I don't have anything to worry about.

First half we were pretty terrible allowing PSG to run all over us but I'm not surprised we had an inexperienced squad on the pitch. Second half with the regulars subbed on we've looked sharp and commanding....until Ibra scored.

    3-1 in the 71st

Fiorentina had a legit goal called back which would've made it 2-2.

Not sure why we played all of our babies (and Gomez...) in the first half, tbh. The announcers never really picked up on it, though...

All night the commentator was on our teams ass. No bias towards PSG whatsoever...

I think Sousa's just testing the water with the boys, see who stays and who goes out on loan. From tonight's game alone, Rebic, Diahkte, Vecino and Hegazi should stay with us, the rest out on loan
