Yeah but....he's Irish. They've been abusing and genociding them for centuries. What's one more arrest amongst blokes, amirite?
I thought Musk battled as well as he could when his name popped up in the Epstein files. It's tough to look good when you are paired with Prince Andrew. Elon Musk, Prince Andrew named in new Epstein files "In addition to Musk and Prince Andrew, the files released publicly also contain the names of other prominent figures, including internet entrepreneur Peter Thiel and Steve Bannon, a former adviser to US President Donald Trump. One line in the records dated 6 December 2014 reads: "Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)" A whine pairing? “Shame on Sky News for this utterly misleading headline,” Musk wrote. “Anyone pushing this false narrative deserves complete contempt.” “Epstein tried to get me to go to his island and I REFUSED,” Musk continued, “yet they name me even before Prince Andrew, who did visit.” The headline: https://www.daily-sun.com/printversion/details/829401 The rebuttal: https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/furious-elon-finally-addresses-why-044950780.html
Cyber truck owner's review Tesla Cybertruck Owner Says, “It’s a Futuristic Chrome-Plated Dumpster Designed On an Apple II By a Stoned Elon Musk, But Requires Less Maintenance Than a Goldfish” https://www.torquenews.com/1084/tes...rome-plated-dumpster-designed-apple-ii-stoned
All of the advantages are those of any electric vehicle and all of the negatives are those specifically of the Cybertruck.
Someone really needs to build a giant toaster in the bed and go for world's largest piece of toast record
Oops! Up another 40% since this exchange. Don't let political bias get in your way of an early retirement.
Which is crazy considering Tesla's sales outside of China are down and their robotaxi is failing for the most part..
They have nothing. They're not selling cars, and the ones they sell are no better than Chinese ones half the price after tariffs (in Europe), X AI is trailing the competition, their driverless taxis need drivers, and Optimus looks like something from the 1960s. With regard to AI, I think Jeff Bezos may have conned Musk by distracting him with Blue Origin while Amazon took a huge lead in AI, which is used by real companies on the AWS platform.
We're so f**ked. LOL. I just hope the stock correction is after my 401k is mostly in low risk investments...
"Oh! How beautiful are our Emperor's new clothes! What a magnificent train there is to the mantle; and how gracefully the scarf hangs!"
Musk has been selling the hopium of robotaxi & optimus robot for years now, and it works wonder on the stock price this year in the face of declining car sales. He's definitely one of the best salesmen in the world right now, probably second only to Mango
Although it has little to do with Elon himself, congrats on a successful Starship v2 launch and recovery landing. Pretty damn inspirational, if you ask me. Well done, after plenty of mishaps, some unnecessary. An absolute triumph!
There was something I glossed over sometime in the past 2 or 3 weeks that was not a typical big hype, but was said to have good value. Possibly something to do with energy/battery? Non-fossel fuel energy companies have been roaring lately, mostly on AI demand. But that might be a reason Tesla has kept climbing.
They went from White Rabbit to this in like, 15 years. Same with Kool/Gang going from the brilliance that is Summer Madness to the tripe that is Celebration I can usually cure an earworm by switching to better songs by the same band (in this case, anything else they've done, but specifically Runaway and Count On Me. Then Hearts by solo Balin), but if that band is a one-hit wonder, I'm screwed. I'd forgotten how much I liked those three airpane/ship songs..
More like 20 years, if I want to be pedantic. (OK, 18 more or less). Surrealistic Pillow has always been a fave; along with the hits "White Rabbit" and "Somebody to Love", I don't think there's a bad song on the whole album. No song sonically makes me 'feel' the vibe of that time & place more than "D.C.B.A.-25" and "Today" is one of the most haunting love songs I know.
