We are too nice. Kick the softies out and bring in big dirty winners like him. He is the type of player you can't stand when playing against him but fans take to him. We need 2 or 3 winners mentality like this who can change mentality on the pitch and in the locker room. Pellegrini might even ask for a transfer if he arrives so he doesn't make him cry.
