This guy seemed very raw in terms of his abilities but wasnt afraid to drive in and take a shot. How has he been recently?
This team literally plays on an island. https://www.google.com/maps/place/M...4m2!3m1!1s0xc5fe9a0f8f92eef:0xc77e56774ba5e6f
Saw him against Seoul when he was at his Saudi club. He's big and strong. Not much else. Rarely came into the game.
Supposed to be some kind of resort town right? Prob akin to Seogwipo / Jeju. Just further from the mainland.
Will face sunderland in friendly SAFC pre-season trip to Portugal tweaked. No longer playing Benfica, will face CD National instead. Face Recreativo de Huelva in first game— Chris Young (@cysportspress) July 2, 2014
not a top/middle tier club but im happy for Suk. funny though since CD Nacional's rival club is CS Maritimo, a club that Suk used to play for. Nacional seems to have a cozy stadium.. not bad at all. that new Seoul team should take note of this as well as any other K-League clubs
I agree...mentioned that before, that K-League clubs should build smaller stadiums like Craven Cottage.
E land is confirmed to play in in Jamsil Olympic though. The 60k seater. I don't think we have a stadium that small in Kleague.
I forgot the exact number but E-Land's aiming for 20-25k avg attendance? pshhhhhttttttttt... even 10,000 avg. attendance would be a mild success. im sure with the right marketing they could get 20-25k in their opening match but after that it'll drop in great numbers. Incheon's Sungeui stadium is a gorgeous stadium. I was lucky enough to be a 2 hr bus ride away from the stadium while I was in Korea. around 20k, no track, stadium itself seems to be built to carry out the sounds from the supporters since you could hear the supporters chanting all the way from the Dowon Metro Station. you could say the same for Pohang's Steelyard, Changwon's stadium and Chunnam's Gwangyang stadium. small, intimate, and most importantly trackless. nothing will happen to the Suwon-FCS rivalry because of E-Land. if anything, it'll probably create a new rivalry between FC Anyang and Bucheon FC 1995 against E-Land since Anyang and Bucheon fans HATE corporate clubs. FC Anyang (hating FC Seoul) and Bucheon FC (hating Jeju United) for having those mentioned clubs relocating them for rea$on$ *sorry for derailing the thread, back to Suk* in regards to the team, I looked them up on wiki to find out more information about any notable former players and saw a few that caught my eye: obviously Cristiano Ronaldo (as mentioned by mr.sir) Costinha (who knocked Man U out of the CL), Hilario (Chelsea's backup GK), and for you Korean footy fans Ricardo Esteves who used to play for FC Seoul. this seems like a good stepping stone club but Suk has been bouncing around Europe and the clubs seem to get progressively smaller. im just glad he got out of the Middle East and hopefully some European Continental Competition will make him jung-shin-cha-reuh and does well at this club.
Thank you for alahli(fans, staff, direcht) i was not good but alahil always in my heart and with me.thank you! pic.twitter.com/5FQtsu0wub— Hyunjun Suk (@sky90830) July 5, 2014
