This is getting very upsetting. At the beginning those pop outs only came out if you put your cursor on the advertisement. Now they pop out on every single page even if you don't put your cursor on the ad.
I need ink for my printer. Next stop, Best Buy. :p

It is getting to the point that it's becoming user unfriendly

Keep getting the run of round of things huh ?? . As long as ad revenue keeps filling pockets of Huss I don't expect many changes. I don't blame him though

BTW this advertisements are not effective but are a nuisance

They are still "trying to find the culprit". F'ing BS if you ask me. I have been yelling.

It's been 8 days since I sent the request in. This came Friday.

Circuit City may shut stores to avoid bankruptcy

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Struggling electronics retailer Circuit City Stores Inc. is considering a plan to shut at least 150 stores and cut thousands of jobs to avoid filing for bankruptcy protection, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing unidentified people familiar with the situation.

Huss, be sure Big Soccer gets its money - companies going through financial difficulties tend to leave those matters (advertising bills) till the very end, before screwing you claiming "bankrupcy"!!!

The karma is I've made a nice chunk of change shorting their stock down to its current price of 35 cents! They aren't long for the world, imo.

Yup. I hope Circuit City is getting paid each time I effing accidentally go to their website because of these ads because I certainly won't be purchasing anything from them in the near future. Ditto for the BigSoccer shop, at this point.

Just got one trying to click on a link and basically got malwared to their site as a pop up due to their invisible mask over the first quarter of a page. 3:00pm CDT

I'll clear cache and try again as a first time site visitor.

Clearing cache appeared to do the trick. I've hit probably about 20 different links and cycled through the ad banners at least twice and have not seen it again. So we may be good if you can get a cookie or temp internet files refresh.

    ...and thank you.

(The green fire dog ad has a tendency to do this too, although not nearly as intrusive and it is still active. It will only double in size if you do a mouse over.)

They're not going to act on this because those ads, as anoying as they are make money every time someone inadvertently clicks them trying to close them.

Hence the non-action (they are still appearing).

    Nice job Big Soccer.
