Its only one coupon per customer so bring some brings or leave for a couple and then just come back in. Its go time. Lets get stupid.

I believe I saw a coupon for ballons as well. Another place thats great for cheap streamers? Dollar Stores. Some stores carry them in packs of 2 for a buck. 50cents a piece is cheaper than party city. All depends on where u go.
