Interesting to see that 2 new major sponsors are with the Storm now and nobody mentioned it..

7up. and Dr. Pepper are Storm sponsors.

That is a definate step up. Good for the Storm!

I didn't notice, are they now on the dasher boards or just listed as sponsors?

I wish they were served in the arena.

Especially 7up , you talk about a drink that is all about back to the basics ! Loved it since I was akid.
I remember all the old commercials they had for 7UP in the 1970s with the athletes like Pat Haden,Earl Campbell,Hollywood Henderson, and Sugar Ray Leonard.

By the way,I meant to ask this before, why is DEVA on the Storm jerseys spelled backward this year ( AVED )

umm...that's what they sell at the Sears Centre, 7up/Dr.Pepper products.

And those two have been sponsors of the STORM for a while.

I thought the same, but it is AVED for AVED Group. I frankly don't know why Sears hasn't ponied up to put their name on our jerseys. It would look awesome with the Blue letters and red underline.

Aren't 7up and Dr. Pepper owned and manufactured by the same company?

They are, and RC Cola is in the same ownership group too. I love RC - I just can't see spending 8 bucks for a cup of it like the Sears Centre charges.
