Good for him no more being bullied, it serves him no good to stay in Colombia at this point.

Why does he get bagged on? Is it because he blew it with la selección?

He was put at RB and looked out of position during Qualifications. That led to a few goals against Uruguay and Chile.

I think he is a good CB talent and can even play some Defensive Midfield.

And for those who say the Mexican League sucks I will tell you that Argentina has a CB who starts for Monterrey so shut up.:D

Yeah; he was forced to play his first two matches against Uruguay and Chile. And those were the matches where we were only needing a draw to qualify for the world cup. Obviously the pressure was too much and he couldn't do his job that well nor keeping him as a CB like he's suppose to.

Damn... Is there a highlight somewhere of his horrible game? Now I'm interested.

Look up Uruguay and Colombia on youtube. (2-0 Uruguay). Everyone blames him for the second goal.

Yeah that was pretty bad. But he was playing out of his original position right?

    Yup.
I have always preferred him to play CB and even more of a Midfielder as he did for Nacional in the Libertadores. Pushed up well in attack.

I think he will do well in Mexico.

he had an even worse game against chile... on one, he competes with alexis for a ball in the box, falls on the ground and then appears to lose control of his body while sanchez gets up and scores...doesnt attempt to get back on his feet until sanchez is celebrating...

Mentally affected by Colombian social media; I'll say that he will do better if he plays in a meaningless match.

Osorio en nacional varias veces lo puso de lateral derecho.....fue mas problema de manejo de presión que de falta de capacidades o mala posicion

I think that's why Stefan left Colombia, because of the social media. Hopefully he gains confidence in Mexico, does well for a couple of seasons, and maybe gets transferred to Europe. He is still very young and talented...

So he made his debut against Leones Negros.

But he naturally said that he needs more time to fully adapt.
