Watching ABC 6 news at lunch. They were showing a clip from the Columbus Air Show this weekend. One of the pix shown was of a large transport--with a large Crew logo and the three stars just below the cockpit. Probably an OANG plane. HHM would be proud.
If any of you are on the fence about the Star Wars exhibit at COSI, you should definitely go before it closes on Labor Day. I believe it's $10 in addition to COSI admission, but the free parking on city streets on Sundays offsets that. It's not super-nerdy, so don't feel like you need to have read all the books and know everything about the expanded universe. It's not an "official" thing, as it's all from various private collections, but it's definitely good stuff. Pro-tip: If you go, be sure to crank the left handle bar on the speeder which controls the "speeding through Endor" video. It takes about an hour to go through.
Nova has two pair and will sleep in one of them to minimize the noise from my gaming laptop that i have on an over-the-bed tray. Hopefully it helps when they finally start the construction on the SECOND apartment building that will have been built across the alley from us since we moved in here 7 years ago. And this one is a way bigger one.
Could have been worse. Could have been the really old one where you are working the video camera at like age 12. I tried really hard to find that one on the wayback machine but with no such luck. Isn't Garyn in that one, too?
I didn't think it would be anywhere near as interesting as the one we went to that was official back in 2006 for the Crew event. That one was awesome.
heck yes i have a legacy yahoo account. And if you had a @columbus.rr.com email account, it still was valid and you carried it over to spectrum. Unfortunately, my old ones were under my ex-wife's account and they won't let me restore them since I don't know the password.
Pretty sure he quit because his wife wanted him to. His wedding announcement didn't even list that he was an MLS player. It was kind of a contentious thing among fans at the time, like he was ashamed of his career choice. And I think the injury might have been her chance to wheedle him out of the league. Who knows for sure, but that's my suspicion.
Here we go. YouTube TV vs Fox is set to come down to the wire at 5pm ET today. The TV Answer Man predicts a short-term blackout, but also points out the head of the FCC wrongly blames YouTube TV if the channels get pulled and puts all the onus on them to get a deal done. https://tvanswerman.com/2025/08/27/youtube-tv-vs-fox-how-the-fcc-may-have-stopped-a-blackout/
Oh, now I figured out who that is (was). The guy from WLW. Didn’t listen very often. Earl Pitts was pretty funny.

defector.com has a feature where you can remember some guys. I have remembered the worst Crew players of the past 25 years. I guarantee a worse 9 players who have made appearances for the club cannot be assembled. Now I just have to figure out a way to monetize this.
