Am I just wearing my sporting blue tinted glasses or does this guy seem a bit ahead of the pack they chose for the interview? I don't think stats will ever become the be all end all in soccer as they can be in other sports, but the more info Vermes and Heineman have when snapping up Spanish DPs the better. And this guy sounds like the guy I want giving them that information.
