Take this for what it is but it confirms my suspicion that the average Republican is a mouth-breather with the intelligence of my dog Sparky.

Note: Several readers have written in regarding our "typo" in calling Florida for Gore. We thank our readers for bringing this to our attention for, even though Gore did get the most votes in Fla., he did not end up carrying the state.

Obviously whoever runs this website doesn't have a very high IQ.

Those statistics are clearly pulled out of someone's ass. If the average New Jersey resident has an IQ of 111, why is he voluntarily living in Jersey?

    1. It's true.
    2. It is NOT evidence that Dems are smarter than Reeps. (We are, of course, but this doesn't prove it. ;) ).

Think about it...name some of the reddest states. OK, Utah probably does pretty well on IQ tests, but I'll bet South Carolina and Mississippi and Alabama don't. Why do those states score low? Alot of reasons, but obviously, the Dems ain't bringing up the average.

As a native New Jerseyan who tests well, yet who possesses as much odium for the Jackasses as the Elephants, I'm not sure what we're actually getting at here...

We've been through this before. Gore-voting states in 2000 had a higher percentage of college graduates and post-college graduates, higher median income, higher federal tax payments per capita, and lower federal payments per capita.
