A few questions for us out of towners...

    - Will Spencer start on Wed? Was he injured or simply of out of favor?
    - I assume Peguero is away with Haiti for their WCQ against Jamaica, who will start up top in his place? Zizi Roberts? Or is he away on WCQ duty, too?

    Thanks for the insight!

I expect to see something like:

    Cannon
    DLT - Borchers - Mastro - Kotschau
    Hendo - Beckerman - Powell - Crawford
    Zizi - Spencer

Spencer's back from injury. Word is that Chung is hurt, and Pedro is out of town.

IMO, given the players available, this is the best starting line up. I like DLT in the back and Crawford in the midfield - not the other way around.

Spenny was injured, returned as a halftime sub in the last game. He's been training at 100% and is ready to start against KC.

Zizi is currently having a bit of a snitfit with the Liberia FA, and thus didn't leave town last week for the combination WCQ/ANCQ against Mali. Spotted at training on Thursday and also confirmed by members of the Rapids staff to have still been in town on Friday, has long been training at full capacity and will definitely be starting on Wednesday. (see also rapidsfan.com and liberiansoccer.com)

Peguero is not only gone for this game, he's not expected back from duty with Haiti until after June 20th (their second qualifier against Jamaica).
