Omid Namazi, whose 12-minute MetroStars career was typical of the team's roster turnover the first few years, is the new coach of the San Diego Spirit. He replaces Carlos Juarez, who was fired June 5 and replaced by general manager Kevin Crow. Crow has since left the team.

Namazi had been player-coach of the Philadelphia KiXX of the Major Indoor Soccer League, leading the team to three consecutive playoff appearances and the 2002 MISL title.

A beer goes to whoever can post Omid Namazi's uniform number before Dan R does.

What's great about that article is that Bradley reminds me a lot of what Riley was to the Knicks, at least the stuff/concept/philosphy he conveyed during practice. Let's just hope he wins the big game, unlike Riley with the Knicks.

Bradley without even stepping foot on Kean Univ, has already begun to shape the new mentality of our team:

    YOU DON'T F***ING QUIT

    Best move in team history...
