http://www.charlton-athletic.co.uk/news/latest_news.jsp Charlton is proposing an expansion to about 40k. I understand the desire, but somewhere around 30-35k would seem large enough to me. But the very mention of an expansion bodes well for the longer term ambitions of the club.
