What is it with all these recent GK buy back options. Both Fruchtl and Hoffmann and now Grill too.

    its basically 2 options
You won't integrate you, let others do it. 1BL is more and more just ripping others for work.

-buy back to then sell themselves
-buy back to see if good enough to replace current #1s in Neuer (36 y/o) and
Hradecky (turns 33 y/o in Nov).

its same reason that Bayern want Nubel to stay Bayern player as that post Neuer world is unknown.

Moser moves to Belgian 1st KAS Eupen.
    https://www.as-eupen.be/kas-eupen-verpflichtet-torhueter-lennart-moser/

Christoph Henkel, General Director of KAS Eupen: “We are delighted that we can complete our goalkeeper team with Lennart Moser. He is a very talented goalkeeper who, despite his young age, has already gained important experience in both the Austrian Bundesliga and the Belgian Pro League. At Cercle Brugge he already proved at the age of 20 that he can hold his own in this league. We look forward to working with Lennart and extend a warm welcome to him.”

2BL Pauli Vasilj out for weeks due to finger injury.

chance for 99 GK Smarsch to jump to #1, needs to take his chances.

incoming Sippel #1 then they buy someone next Summer.:ROFLMAO:
Borussia Mönchengladbach apparently sees itself prepared for the departure of Yann Sommer (33). As the 'Bild' reports, the foals could do without signing a replacement for the Swiss if he completes his move to OGC Nice. Rather, Tobias Sippel (34) is planned as an experienced transitional regular.

In the shadow of Sippel, Moritz Nicolas (24) and Jan Olschowsky (20) could be developed – both are believed to be number one in Gladbach in the medium to long term. When asked by the tabloid about the situation around summer and the goalkeeper position, sports director Roland Virkus reacted cautiously: “You have to see that then. Since there is currently no reason to think about it, we don't have to say anything about it."

Hoffmann is confirmed #2 at EB in 2BL.

I call BS to any and all, come at our club and fight for #1.........challenger ALMOST NEVER becomes #1 .....because club want a bench GK and lure you with promise that you can show yourself to be #1.

Don't think there were any substantial indicators linking Gladbach to have been interested in Leno, apart from maybe vague speculations. He's probably looking to stay within the EPL for the high salaries even if it's just Fulham
