basically no career progress move and likely we would have to wait for him to move again after 1-2 years.

I suppose if Adeyemi is being considered by Flick maybe Berisha can still be relevant in the Eredivisie?

likely would have to impress in Eredivisie+Europe 1st.

I think Flick interest in Nmecha, Adeyemi and Ache is due to them being 3 different types of CFs.

On another note, I hope the fact that Flick wants a variety of proper strikers means that we no longer get this mittelfeld/sturm bullshit when the squad selection lists are issued and they are listed as separate categories. They are not the same, striker is a specialist position.

Dortmund v Bologna live on Youtube. Chance to see Tigges and most likely Moukoko in action.

Tigges had chance cleared off line.

later on Tigges scores to make it 3-0 vs Serie A club.

    Tigges>>>>>>>>>>Haaland......(joking if not obvious lulz)

I hope Lutke-Frie, Kleine-Bekel, Mrosek, Rothe, Gurpuz, Pasalic, Moukoko come on 2nd half.

Moukoko's 1st match in ages due to injury.

showed, good speed, hold up, combination play and dribbling. Almost dribbled past 3 Bologna defenders in close control but too many in end. Could have led to shot on goal had he went past 3rd.....

from someone usually more meh on Tigges,

"45min played and I think it's really good. Dahoud is a class better, counter-pressing is actually really good and Brandt is much more active - even if still a bit sloppy

But it's great how Tigges has developed. That can be good."

Will the Antwerp goals soon be made in Germany? The chance is there, because the Great Old is in extensive negotiations with Johannes Eggestein (23). The German center striker of Werder Bremen already visited the Bosuil, both parties are trying to reach an agreement soon. Eggestein's contract with Werder expires at the end of this season. The former U23 international was loaned out to the Austrian LASK Linz last season, for which he scored 20 times. By the way, one of those goals was against… Antwerp FC.

BVB striker Steffen Tigges spoke in an interview with Sport1 about his future and his storm colleagues Erling Haaland and Youssoufa Moukoko. Haaland's "ambition, his dynamism, his will and his hard work are almost unique in a man his age," says 23-year-old Tigges about the 21-year-old Norwegian. “In every training session I can see how it goes in depth. It's just fun to watch him. "

The 16-year-old super talent Moukoko "was injured for a long time and you can tell how much he burns to play football," reports Tigges. “He's playing on the pitch with ambition and skills, that's impressive. I am not a clairvoyant when I say that he has a great career ahead of him. "

As for Tigges ‘season with the BVB professionals, he has a good feeling that he will be counted on this season. “I will definitely play a few games in the U23, but that will also help me. In the first team I would like to offer myself to play as much as possible. "

He currently sees his own future at BVB. “Basically, I am honored when a club like Cologne has shown interest. That's an appreciation. There are currently no trends, but of course this can change in three or four weeks. As of now, I don't want to change anything in my situation, ”explains Tigges. His goal for the season: “I haven't scored a goal in the Bundesliga, I'm working on it. If I can contribute a few goals to the team's success, then I would be very happy. "

Nmecha and Burkardt both in starting xi today.

    Selke also starts for Hertha.

Eggestein comes off bench in 76th minute for Antwerp away at Liege (when 5-1 up lol), player he replaced had scored all 5.

funny how Bremen kept lying that J.Eggestein can't play CF and how he rarely played CF with them. But in Austria was sole CF and today subbed in for sole CF Frey.

like everyone sees him at striker but his own club...

feels like Bremen wanted him to fail.....

Although they appear to be pretty terrible so far, one thing with Frankfurt is with Kostic they will get a ton of crosses in the box, which during the season should suit Ache who is strong in the air.

There's no stopping Ache and with the new set pieces coach coming to train national team player, he'll be unplayable. Imagine getting the strange excitement everytime Germany winning a free kick or corners, like some badass header goal will go in.
