Odobert was not having a good game, Kolo Muani looks like he's already checked out and is just counting the days until he can leave, while Tel was having a decent game. So he takes out Tel! In the press conference after the game he said it wasn't that Tel did anything wrong, but he thinks Odobert is better on the right and he wanted to play with two strikers. It's like he's more concerned with how things look when he draws them up on his board than how players are actually performing on the field. Wouldn't any other manager on the list above take out the guy who is playing worst on the day? It's nuts.
