Disappointing but not surprising. Huge gaps in our midfield and defence.

Sessegnon and Vertonghen are really struggling to cope with Southampton's attacking players.

It looks like Ward-Prowse has to come off with an injury.

He will be taken off with a stretcher, looks like a bad injury.

Would not be surprised to see Jose change the formation, the 3-5-2 is not working, Saints are walking this.

The only chance we have created is the goal.

Son with a good run, but misses the opportunity to play in an unmarked Aurier to his right.

4 minutes added time and Redmond fires over the bar. Southampton are creating chances at will.

Spurs break again, this time Son plays in Aurier, but instead of shooting he tries the cut-back and Saints clear the danger.

Don't really know what Jose's trying to do here. Without Lo Celso, we have no quality in midfield and our only threat is counters and long balls. Southampton have been the better side by far. The half-time stats tell the story:

    Possession: 39%-61%
    Shots: 2-8
    On target: 1-5

Don't know what Aurier and Sessegnon are doing as wing-backs, the Saints fullbacks are getting forward with ease.

Wow, Boufal fires wide, big chance for Southampton, we are nowhere.

This is embarrassing, we are a total shambles at the minute.

Son with a cross to Moura who heads wide when he should have scored. A rare chance for us.

Gedson on for Vertonghen who looks like he's on his last legs.
