Son is having a really slow start and the front three aren’t clicking the way they were yet. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Richarlson make the start next week in place of Son. I still think we’re missing an Eriksen type player who can thread a pass through crowded defenses.
Saw highlights. Wolves are no mugs and will upset some big teams this year. Not a classic from us but happy with the showing of Perisic and Richy seemed to add a spark. It's great to have options in the front line not just Dane Scarlett (love the lad, but y'know). We got zero points out of these first 3 fixtures last year.
That's the advantage of strengthening a strength, even though our biggest outlay this summer was on Richarlison. He provides competition in all of the front three positions for Conte.
