In - Adonis Ajeti will join the club, and his twin brother this summer from Wil. Lugano Extension - Antonini Culina, has had his contract extended until 30 June 2019. He has not played this season due to injury, and can not, but the club feels strong enough about him that they choose to extend his contract. Luzern In - Christian Scwegler will rejoin the club that he played at from 1998 - 2005. He has been at Red Bull Salzburg for the past 8 seasons with 158 matches and 4 goals and 17 assists. The 32 year old has signed a contract for 2 years. Vaduz Out - Simone Grippo will leave Vaduz this summer. The former U21 Swiss International has been in Vaduz since 2014. BCL Schaffhausen Extension - Hakin Yakin has had his contract extended for the 2017/2018 season as assistant manager. Wil In - Thomas Schiavano, a 21 year old GCZ II forward has joined Wil with a contract until 30 June 2018. Xamax Out on loan - Astor Kilezi has been loaned to Le Mont for the rest of the spring. The 20 year old only played 9 times this season.
RSL Sion Extension - Kevin Fickentscher has his contract extended until June 2019. BCL FCZ In - Mirlind Kryeziu has signed a professional contact. The Swiss Youth International signed him until summer 2021.
BCL Chiasso Out - Beg Ferati has left the club effective immediately. He only saw 2 matches of action this spring.
RSL Basel Out - Marc Janko will not have his contract renewed by Basel and will be able to join another club. How I would love to see him and Nsame at Servette! But I do not expect that to ever happen. FCSG Out/In - Joe Zinnbauer is not longer the manager at FCSG. He has been replaced by former Vaduz manager Giorgio Contini. I wonder if this is a time where FCSG says we have not been able to beat Vaduz, why not get their former manger!
Speaking of Nsame, he has been linked with Basel to replace Janko. I find it very unlikely that Servette would be able to hold onto him if Basel really made a play for him. From all reports he is happy at Servette and wants to be there next season as the push for promotion. The other rumor is Eren Derdiyok to Basel.
Other news: Denis Zakaria has drawn some serious interest from major clubs. There are rumors of a transfer of up to 10 million Euros for him. Just a reminder, he was sold by Servette for only 400,000 CHF. Luzern brothers Marco (32) and Christian Schneuwly (29) might be on their way out. The club wants them to take a 40% pay cut on their wages. Their contracts are both good through next season.
BCL Aarau In - Léo Itaperuna, a 28 year old forward who has played 14 times for Sion this year will join Aarau this summer. He will be joined by 29 year old midfielder Michael Siegfried who last played for Thun in 2015/2016. Out - Keeper Ulisse Pelloni (23), midfielder Daniele Romano (24) and forward Ivan Audino (25) will leave the club this summer. Servette In - Steven Lang, who has 13 goals this spring for Schaffhausen, will rejoin Servette this summer. He has signed a contract for 3 years.
Mvogo's new team RB Leipzig has qualified for the CL. Looks like Ricardo Rodriguez will leave Germany this summer and more to AC Milan.
RSL Lugano Prolong - Steve Rouiller, a 26 year old defender, has had his contract extended for 2 years. In - Christian Andreoni, a 25 year old defender form Aurora Pro Patria and Reggiana in the 3rd Italian Division for one year and an option. Dominik Kovacic, a 23 year old defender from NK Zagreb has joined for two seasons with a one year option.
RSL Luzern Prolong - Yannick Schmid has had his contract extended until 30 June 2019. The 22 year old is on loan at Wohlen this season and has played 17 matches for them. Professional contract - Idriz Voca, who has played 1 match with the 1st team and Ruben Vargas, have both signed professional contracts for 3 years with the club.
RSL Thun In - Nuno Da Silva, a 23 year old winger who currently plays with FC Breiteinrain has signed a contract for 3 years with a 1 year option. Chris Kablan, a winger as well who plays with SC Kriens has also signed a 3 year contract with a 1 year option.
RSL Basel In - Massimo Lombardo will join the club as Assistant Manager. BCL Aarau In - 27 year old former Aarau keeper Steven Deana will rejoin the club next season. He left to join Sion, but only played two times.
Lots of interest for Ezgjan Alioski. Teams that have officially contacted the club include Hertha Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayer Leverkusen and Leicester City. Armando Sadiku could also be on the move with 75% of the transfer fee would go to FCZ and 25% to Lugano.
RSL Vaduz In - Daniel Sereinig is the new assistant manager of the club. BCL Schaffhausen In - Helios Sessolo will leave Le Mont and join Schaffhausen this summer. He score 5 goals and had 7 assists in 30 matches this season. Xamax Extension - Igor Djuric, the 29 year old defender had has his contract extended for a year.
Rumor - Xamax is trying to lure Steve Von Bergen from YB. Silvan Widmer looks to be leaving Italy soon with possible destinations that include Bayern or Barcelona! I would think a slightly smaller club would be good.
BCL Aarau Extension - Damir Mehidic and Michael Perrier have both had their contracts extended for one season until the summer of 2018, Francesco Gabriele is leaving FC Wohlen to be the new U19 Swiss National Team coach. Mauro Lustrinelli is leaving FC Thun to become the new U16 Swiss National Team coach.
BCL FCZ In - Ludovic Magnin has been named the U21 team coach. Massimo Rizzo will be the U18 coach. Servette In - Dalibor Stevanovic, a 32 year old Slovenian International will join the club this summer. The 21 times capped midfielder has played for Vitesse Arnhem and Torpedo Moscow among other clubs. His contract is for 2 years. International Mainz - Martin Schmidt has been fired by the club. Rumor: Former FC Basel player Naser Aliji who has not seen much playing time for FC Kaiserslautern is in the sights of FCZ. Basel looking to sign Albian Ajeti from FCSG. FCSG is looking at Armando Sadiku to replace Albian Ajeti. Philippe Senderos is out of contract with Rangers and a return to Switzerland and Servette are possible. Former National Team player Patrick Muller looks to join the Olympique Lyon staff this summer.
Servette is on the verge of signing 24 year old Alexy Bosetti from Nice. He played in the CFA this season, due to the strong crop of forwards that Nice had. Details are still being worked out.
RSL Basel Extension - Germano Vailati, the 36 year old back-up keeper, has had his contract extended through June 2018. He has been with the club since 2012.
Rumor - Basel is looking at Ricky van Wolfswinkel (28) from Vitesse Arnheim. He scored 20 goals in 32 matches. This could be a good signing.
RSL Thun Released (as of the end of the season) - Enrico Schirinzi, a 32 year old midfielder, and Lotem Zino a 25 year old midfielder both had the club announce that their contracts will not be extended. Return - 23 year old Marko Burki, a defender, will return to YB after his loan expires. Extension of loan - Nicolas Burgy, a 21 year old defender has had his year long loan extended for another year.
It looks like Bosetti might not be joining Servette. He is on trail at RBNY. It looks like his wage demands were a little too high.
RSL FCSG Extension - Alain Wiss, the 27 year old defended, has had his contract extended for 2 more years. GCZ Out - Munas Dabbur has already returned to Red Bull Salzburg, and will not play in the final match of the season. Sion Out - Peter Zeidler is officially out at Sion. He had been replaced on the bench since mid-April, and now is no longer with the club. Sébastien Fournier is not the head coach. BCL FCZ Out - Davide Chiumiento the 32 year old midfielder who has been with the club since 2012, and Ivan Kecojevic who had been with the club since January 2014 have booth been released from their contracts. Olivia Buff, who had been with the club since 2005 has announced that he will not resign with FCZ this summer and is now looking for a new club.
it looks like Servette has approached Senderos about coming back and playing for them. Not a lot of positive things to say about him from the Rangers perspective.
