I hadn't planned to go (fashion just isn't my 'cup of tea', *even* if Spirit players are involved). But Nordby1's arm-wringing and your itemizing of what's available has convinced me - see you at the Jenny Craig Pavilion, SpiritPR!

    Not to mislead

The authentic jerseys are from players from 2001.

    2001 & 2002 Player shorts $5

  8. Jon -- are the training shirts the navy ones with the three stripes on the neck and adidas on the left chest?

Wish I could attend, but these people seem to be in a rush for their tax returns to be worked.....something about a deadline.

If you would be willing to hook up out-of-towners, would you prefer we PM you here, post a request or e-mail you?

    Thanks!

I enjoyed myself at the Fashion Show, the players who acted as models were very good natured about it. Jen Nielsen obviously spends very little time in high heels - she was brave to walk down the stairs of the Pavilian in a couple of cases. And Amy Sauer looked to be over her ankle problem.

Jaime Pagliarulo and Daniela were sitting right behind me for the show and I got to kid Pags about there not being a "Hershey Basket" in the silent auction.

I had to drop out of the bidding for the Spirit Basket when the price jumped to $120, and that was even before the Fashion Show started! Among other things, it had a WUSA ball and a 'Flutie' cap signed by the entire team.

The other baskets in the silent auction had lots of neat stuff in them, but only if you were someone in the teens and twenties age range. The music CDs were all by groups that I knew nothing about!

I was hoping to pick up a warm-up suit, but there weren't any mediums.

Christine Latham and Shannon MacMillan modeled the teams new uniforms. The home one is all blue, and the away one has a white top with the same shorts. SpiritPR said something about adidas not making white shorts?
