Dumb sports chosun is at its work again. Recently, KFA raised the fine for going against the referees 150% and etc. I thought it was a great move, but of course, our friendly old Sports Chsoun criticized the act. They were claiming that KFA should raise the quality of refing instead of increasing the penalties. My favorite claim is "if the refing is fair, no body will complain." They accused of KFA for harshly dictating the soccer game with refs, instead of trying to improve the qulity itself. Are they out of their mind or are they just plain dumb?
