Well, if you didn't sign under the name "Phoenixhazard" ..... One serious question. Does it impact the validity of the survey if you solicit input from people who you know in advance are fans of a particular sport? I don't know much about surveying protocols, but it occurs to me that you no longer have a random sample - if that is even at all meaningful for your purposes.
I've just completed the survey PH! But you got me when I was reading and answering I put football and then I saw the other name and realized it meant NFL sport so I had to start all over again. Very crafty I chose not to give my email I don't need the tablet and hopefully someone who needs it gets it. I'm just doing it for a fellow LA Galaxy brother.
nope! the survey is being distributed to far more people than just soccer fans, in fact we were low on soccer fans so this helps out even more. Plus it's not regarding the population that watches certain sports but uses the sports as a means to understand the person answering the rest of the survey.
I did it. I'm not an NFL fan. However, I am a big UCLA College Football fan. So, I was confused how I should answer that. Cheers!
