Hi, I start to write article about the "sport director/manager" job in the German clubs. in some part of article, I want to write about the most influential sports director/manager in Bundesliga history. so, I chose some of which I know : Uli Hoeneß, Rudi Assauer, Reiner Calmund, Gunther Netzer, Peter Krohn ... I want to ask if you know any more names who made history as sport director or was very influential in their clubs. thanks.
Klaus Allofs in the last decade, Willi Lemke in the 90s for Bremen. Dieter Hoeness and Michael Meier though those may be more of a warning. Stefan Kuntz has done well in Bochum and now in Kaiserslautern but I'm not sure if he already has that kind of recognition the others have.
