I know a player born in the year 1984 (Kenny Copper-Late1984) are ineligable. So if i had to guess it would players born in 1985 are the oldest allowed

The mullet is definitely bad. I also noticed that his 'portrait' is one of the few that isn't and 'action' shot. Most of the other shots of single players, they are running, or obviously in motion of some type, while our boy Johnny is looking like a statue in his. I hope that isn't a commentary on his game.
