Hell, we haven't won a game yet this season, but you sure can't say that people are staying away because of a lack of exciting scoring. Sure most of it has been for the other teams, but have we seen a goal all year that didn't take your breath away for one reason or another?

We've had a 25 yard screamer on a dead run, a long-range looping snap header, a surprise left-footed near-post rocket, and tonight's dipping, dimpled knuckler. That's not even counting all the other teams' goals.

No PK's, weak rollers, or 0-0 ties here! You could make the case that Ruiz's week 1 goal was the runt of the bunch, but even that had a dramatic defensive snafu proceeding it for our entertainment. We may be a bottom half of the table team so far, but at least we're still not one of the boring teams to watch. Far from it.

    Midwest, the real one.
I sort of noticed the same thing. Maybe this is the future of MLS. Highlight reel goals in high school football stadiums.

I thought it was cool of Brad Davis to go to the Inferno after his goal. And that was QUITE a goal, was it not?
