When I open a post, (in the old forms) I can sort it by most recent post first. How can I do the same in the new form?
Ah, I see. Yeah, that's not what we're looking for. In this thread there is a "More Options..." tab that allows it to be "sorted by date", but there's no choice on direction. In the Customer Service forum, I see what you're talking about, but it's sort refers to threads, not posts inside the threads.
