Jose Mourinho sacked as Tottenham manager ahead of cup final

Jose Mourinho has been sacked as manager of Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur on the same day football was thrown into chaos by plans for a European Super League and just six days before they face Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley.

The club, which is one of 12 named on Monday as being aligned to the controversial Super League that has been strongly opposed by the sport’s governing bodies, confirmed the decision in a statement.

When was the last time Son actually tried to take defenders on?

That was pretty awful from Son...

I don't know what's been wrong with him these last few months.

    Pretty obvious.

    1. He used to play like a striker with Kane in the midfield when he was on fire.
    2. Suddenly he became a fullback. There has been a lot of games where Son defended more than Reguilón according to the heatmap.
    3. It seems like he's trying to rotate more to the center again now but his form is shit. I bet he lost all of his confidence as well.

A mix. Team is not well. Havent been for a long time. And his famous inconsistency kicked in. Too bad ,he was on his way to his greatest season by far. Sad to see.

He's had no energy since before xmas, and was arguably the absolute worst out there today. He needs the season to be over first of all.

Hasn't done that in forever. Such a disappointing run of form after the great start to the season. Top it all off, he was crying like a bitch post-match after spurs got dominated all game

Such a weak mentality. Imagine if he had 1/2 of JSP's mental toughness. 29 now and can't help thinking his career is all downhill from here.

Why would Nagelsmann go to spurs? He'll have his pick of available jobs.

Even staying at Leipzig for another season would be preferable to doing a rebuild with spurs minus Kane.
