I can't say for sure, since I don't know about the court proceedings in Spain.

 

Chelsea's defence is hard to crack, no biggie for SHM.

But I think Tottenham needs to adjust to the new stadium. It'll be a hurdle this season.

I have this one but written in Spanish. From what I barely understood, he gave an high amount of money to the victim's relatives to compensate the moral harm suffered. Doing this is considered as an attenuating circumstance, hence the reduced sentence. And the proceedings were unusually long, so it helped to reduce the penalty as well.
But legally, that's not an agreement out of court which prevented him to go to jail but the fact he put effort to repair the harm and the judge still had his say about the sentence. You can't escape to the penal law drafting a simple agreement with the victims lol.

Spurs reportedly close to signing Aurier and Foyth for their backline, a move I don't quite get in light of Sanchez's signing. Their most pressing needs are in Sissoko and Janssen 's replacements. They also need quality backups for Erickson and Alli. It's a long season and they need to rotate the squad without a significant drop in quality.

 

they have a lot of holes in defense with Walker, Wimmer and (possibly/probably) Rose all leaving and Dier being an inconsistent option when deployed in the back.

 

3 at the back means Son likely to start on the bench in the big games. Spurs are in 4 competitions though so he should start a lot of games.

The thing is that BVB have more champions league experience over Tottenham, and can make a huge difference when comparing somewhat even squads.
