I'm telling YOU that in 1999/00 Chelsea were in the Champions League and lost in the quarter finals to Barcelona. This was BEFORE Abramovich and Mourihno came! And since 96/97, Chelsea have finished in the top 6 in the premiership. Is top 6 midtable in your world?
