At Perła Brewery in Lublin, Poland. We are having some delicious Koźlak (dark bock) beer and rabbit with potato & sorrell puree. Plus, unbelievable bread with onions stewed in their beer and poppyseeds (a local favorite). They also have free movies outside most nights. Life does not suck at the moment.
I agree that it is over rated. All New Glarus are perfectly fine beer, but none (other that the fruit beers and small batches) are extraordinary.
A sizable part of NG's allure is simple marketing-Faux Exclusivity. You can only get it Wis for no other reason than playing on people's psychology- we want what we can't readily have. A good beer. Nothing more.

Heard they got sued cause some 17 year old girl with a bad heart died drinking 6 a day. Even i know better than that. 2 a day max is what the fda recommends not that I trust those bastards with RFK running that shit
So, I stumbled across a 6 pack of Hamm's tall boys "From the land of sky blue waters" and thought, "Well it's only been 40 years since I had one of these...why not?" and went for it. I mean they were swill but at least palatable sweet German inspired American lager and far better than say Budweiser or PBR or Iron City or Schlitz. Probably edges out an Old Style or Narragansett by a nose and they've gone back to the original 1960's blue can with the crown and pine trees so BONUS!
