I used to have a Foster’s sized Fosters branded beer koozie. Got if for free at Gino’s East with their $6 lunch deal. Personal Pan Pizza and a beer. It was good enough for lunch.

 

There's a place upstairs at Ogilivie that sells those- not sure how much and it's cash only, but it makes for a great Metra beer assuming you finish half there before heading for the train. And by 'great Metra beer' I mean ... well, I don't know, there's nothing great about it, even if it is great to drink beer on the train.

 

It is now brewed by "Oil Can" Brewing in Ft. Worth, Tx.
It was "okay."

Grabbed this at the duty-free at the airport leaving Canada earlier this month. Seems appropriate and Fire-related.

On tap. I’m thinking of a bar that teaches boomers how tap to pay works.

 

Hey remember those tailgates with those polish dudes who brewed their own ciders and made their own spirits? Those guys still alive? I’m thinking a buy the time we went to Detroit and stopped at Taco Bell and Walmart to buy Jack Daniel’s. Ah good times. Glad I found weed.

I'm doing my best to will this team to the playoffs. Yes, I know that they will flame out in a special way, but I want some hope. The NFL season is already over for me. Maybe Blackhawks or Bulls?

 

That double shot hurt. I was really drunk during a one handed (beer in hand) volleyball tournament a decade ago and won a Malort shot contest. I think I had 6 or 8 when everyone else bowed out.

Thankfully, I know the Fire. Shaq, Kacper, and Guti could have buried me with goals, but we have to limp, literally, with Rafa, to victory.
