I was watching netbusters on Sky Sports, for those of you who don't know it's a weekly round-up of football action set to music. This week they had Tottenham's loss to Southampton and Hoddle's subsequent sacking on with "Nowhere To Run To" by Martha & The Vandellas playing as backing music. Quality Altogether now: "Nowhere to run to baby, Nowhere to hide..."
wow a spurs fan from manchester...yeesh. actually they could use it over RVN running away from keown just to be "alledgedly" abused in the tunnel by vieira
OK, boss. Whatever you say. All I saw was the word "Sperz" under "Favorite Team," so I had to get on it.
I wonder if they will play the same record when Sperzzzz reach the Nationwide League?! Or will it be, "When will I see you again", by the 3 Degrees? I am sure I can open the floodgates to other appropriate songs. However, one it won't be is "We Are The Champions" by Queen!!!
Re: Re: Someone at Sky does have a sense of humour that's pretty clever billy elliot. did motterman help you think that one up
Re: Re: Re: Someone at Sky does have a sense of humour No, I came up with it all on my own... and you wish you could tapdance like me
Re: Re: Re: Re: Someone at Sky does have a sense of humour ehh, to quote 442, touche. at least you're an ireland fan. can't hold that against you
"Billy Ireland". That was (unfortunately) last year's No.1. This year will be a revival of the 2002 leaders. Arsenal will re-claim the No.1 spot.
