No more CSL cup.the CFA cup will give chances to Division 2 clubs. 3. a club could have a maximum of 40 players in their A team, in 2005 season they could only hire 30 players. 4. a club could fetch in 3 foreigners but only allowed to use two of them in one match, in 2005 season they could hire no more than two foreigners. 5.a club could bought no more than 5 domestic players in transfer market. 6. No more restrict on quantity of NT players, in 2005 season a club could have no more than 4 NT players 7. reserve leagues will be hold between CSL, China league and Division 2 clubs, the reserve league will have 40+ clubs.
I like rule #5. Teams like Shenhua with a lot of money can pretty much get as many NT players as they want.

haha, Zheng Zhi isn't leaving Shandong anytime soon as he just moved there and I'm sure Shandong can match any offer from Shenhua. The past few years Beijing has been focusing on bringing up young players instead of big signings, I'd like to see them make a splash in the transfer market this time around. They have the masterful triangle of Jelic-Xu-Tao who, when playing together, are so much better than anyone else on the field, unfortunately most of the play is only between those 3, so a new midfielder would be greatly appreciated. As for the rule changes, I really like 7 more than anything else. This is whats needed in China, give those young players more opportunities to play and gain experience in real matches. I think it will go a long way in developing talent. The MLS has just adopted a reserve league this past season and I think it did a lot to improve things.

I think Zhang Yuning will be leaving Shenhua. With Xie Hui, Martinez, Gao Lin and Mao Jiangqing, he'll get no playing time. Although, Martinez is also out of a contract I think.
