First place team in the top U12 division in the top league in the area, this past autumn. http://www.northernillinoissoccerleague.com/standings/2006_fall/HTMLPAGES/NISU12 Classic1.htm That's all I can tell you, along with the fact that they play good technical and soccer -- not a style of big fast kickball.
They play with 11 players on the field and have blue and white kits. Come on you know the details...toot toot the horn.
Details: Trained by a solid organization to be technically skilled and tactically sound, with capabilities at each equal. Taught to both control the ball and play the game. An enormous amount of intelligence at work into how to develop youth players for the next level internally; augmented by the natural arrival of new players from other clubs whose parents are attracted to the development of players.
The question is directed towards players. So why are you all responding? Unless you believe that you played the U12 team.
Top players - Ashwin (Indian kid) plays in middle or up front. Billy, bruiser up front. Simon, fast and dangerous winger (right). There are also a couple pretty good Mexican kids. good team.
Very solid team with a combination of strong athletic players mixed in with the creativity from their 3 Mexican players. They have a very strong Defense, creative mids, and a lot of speed up front.
average at best. They are without doubt the top team, but beatable by more than a few teams in IL though. The quality of their organization and simplicity of their game makes them less mistake prone than other U12 sides, but there are a number of programs who have better actual soccer players than them.
