A few Welsh teams play in the English pyramid, the rest - all semi-pro of some description - play in the Welsh pyramid. No Welsh teams in the Premier League at present although both Swansea and Cardiff have done so. And of course Wrexham will in the future. Apparently.
Best pub ever ! 🤩🤩🤩pic.twitter.com/0P5ufWy0jA— Prize Harvest with Hai Kavertz (@havertzooc) September 16, 2024
Difficult to know where the screen ends and the "pub" begins. But nah..... closer to being the worst pub ever, imo.
USWNT U-20's were down 2-0 to Germany till the 97th min. Tied it up in last 2 min...went to penalties where they won. Why you ask?...Exactly....US keeper Teagen "Wy" made the clinching save.
Ya gotta love a story where a Chicago sports fan can laugh and point at the incompetence of other teams. I mean, if you get ripped off by the freakin' Bears, your franchise is pretty stoopid. At the same time, laughing and pointing at an Alabama qb is also good sport as well. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...olina-panthers-andy-dalton-backup-quarterback
If this doesn't make you want to watch French football, nothing will. ⚽️🇫🇷That is serious marketing for a serious league. 👏pic.twitter.com/OXYJmq5Cx7— Football Tweet ⚽ (@Football__Tweet) September 19, 2024
Success at college ball isn't supposed to trigger fashionably dismissive people like yourself, but it did.
Those in the women's international forum as saying Wy is the best keeper at the toury. From what I have seen, she is probably about to step into the national team squad.
There's hope for us!!! The Silver Snipers are a CS:GO e-sports team from Sweden where the youngest member is 62 and the oldest is 81. I prefer success at college over success at college "ball," but you do you. Also, any NFL scout would be wise to doubt the abilities of an Alabama QB, given that they have team mates that are better than any opponent they face.
Those were the days when Bama brought in NFL talent at 21 positions, led by an FCA Hope under center. You're using your hate of either Alabama (thru your frustrated, goalpost-moving academics remark) or of fantastic programs in general to disrespect a pretty good vet in Dalton.
Nah, I just look down at Alabama's educational attainment as a state, their sh!tty per capita income, and chuckle. But hey, you and your [checks notes] 44th-best per capita income in the US and your pointyball team go get your jollies. Also, still laughing and pointing at Alabama QBs.
Don't mention it. Enjoy: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nf...1&cvid=9f088bcbd0ea4b24881aabae9ee6bf21&ei=18 Over/under on when Bryce Young predictably starts his career as a security guard?
Meh, save the link for someone else. Having never reached the NFL or even SEC level yourself, are you going to be his supervisor?
Nah, the guys who exhausted their eligibility to play pointyball at Alabama before him will be his supervisors.
They're in the NFL, son. That's what Bama and the SEC do- get jobs for deserving talent. You're just on the rag because whatever school is near you (your location is conveniently not present) doesn't send anyone to Sunday ball.
Sure. But their QBs tend to suck out loud as professionals. And really, who can care about watching teenagers play, if you've got a big boy professional team within TV range of your home?
Hurts just went to the SB. No school has sent more to the title game. Where's home? NYC, Chicago, Boston, Philly, or New Jersey, based on your overly combative posting style. In either case, you'd be better off watching young men instead of older ones (your frustrated attempt at insulting uni athletes)
To his credit, with a superior roster in Philadelphia, he rode their quality to an NFC Championship game, just like riding superior team mates in college. But once he no longer had that advantage of having better team mates than his opponents? How'd he do? [Besides losing to Kirk Cousins.] Home is where the heart is. Nah, its kinda creepy and weird for a grown man to watch teenagers play, when there are professional teams available via the tee-vee. [Ya know, Jerry Sandusky-style.] I mean, professionals are moar gooder at their sports.
You know, you could just acknowledge that in some parts of the country college football is culturally embedded more than in other parts. Especially places that lack pro sports teams of their own. Nobody in Nebraska doubts that a half-decent NFL team would wipe the floor with the Huskers. But we don't care about that any more than, say, Club Bruges fans care that their club wouldn't be able to cut it in the Prem.
