The book has been out for about a year and a half, but I only "discovered" it yesterday and it is quite cool. Fantastic soccer photos from all over the world covering several decades. Great stuff. Photos of amateurs, professionals, celebrities, street kids, etc.
I have no idea. I doubt it. Phaidon (the publisher) specializes in photography books as well as art books, architecture, etc. I doubt they're making the photos available for free. If you go to this link (the publisher's site) http://www.phaidon.com/phaidon/searchframe.asp?m=search and search "football" in the keyword box on the right, the book will come up. Follow that link and there is a gallery of some photos from the book. Use the arrows at the bottom to scroll through.
I doubt it too now, it does cost 24,95 euro. I saw the sample pictures, hey the third one from the left sounds pretty familiar to me: the light balls "super-tele" are sold almost everywhere in Italy and the beach profile reminds me some beaches just 200 km far from me. Isn't world that big?!?
They have a "Magnum Soccer" Version as well that I imagine is the same book. I purchased this for a friend this past Christmas, she loved it.
