wjarrettc What other soccer movies does Netflix have in their collection? I just finished "A Shot at Glory" which I just got through netflix, however, when I search soccer only 2-3 films pop up. Thanks,
Here's what I can find at Netflix that might be of interest: Fever Pitch Mean Machine A Shot at Glory (which you mentioned) Air Bud: World Pup (gotta love it) MLS 1999 year in review Victory Hotshot Soccer Dog (in case Air Bud doesn't do it for you) I'd also recommend these two, but they aren't in the Netflix catalog. Don't rent this thinking it's about soccer. However, it's not a bad movie and one you can invite a young lady over to watch with you.
Yeah, it's a bit of a romantic comedy set in a quaint little scottish town but it does center around two local pub teams playing "the match" for ownership of the local pub. ...and my wife did like it.
