Anyone know if Soccer Italia magazine is still around? I can't track it down on the web. I want to get a subscription if it is still around, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Because it's imported it ain't exactly cheap. About $95 for one year. But they threw in one extra magazine and a shirt as well. So I'm content. It's been rebranded Calcio Italia now, so it can distance it's self from the now non-existant Channel four coverage of Serie A, which was called football italia. It' a smashin little read and should give you about a weeks worth of toilet material. Glad i don't live in a far away land coz $96 seems alot for a years subscription.
Yes, that's right. The person I spoke to on the phone informed me that it is no longer associated with Channel 4. So who now broadcasts Serie A games in the UK?
It usually arrives one week after the on sale date. Which isn't that bad I guess since Calcio Italia is worth it with its great features. There is no magazine that is better.
Brittish Eurosport. Anyone who has seen this station will know that it's a proper budget channel that covers such non-events as junior curling championships and stuff of such nature, the companmy has practicaly no money. Doing a better job than channel 4 ever did evem with their limited budget.
I did a little more research and found a magazine out of Canada called Soccer Italia. Not bad, 68 pages load of good photos, it comes out every two months so results are dated, but the interviews and articles are pretty good. Covers the Azzurri, Serie A and Serie B. its English language and the cost for sub. is $45.00 for a year, 6 issues, or $80.00 for two years 12 issues. www.socceritalia.net
