I am taking a cruise next year from Port Canaveral to St. Maarten. I'm pretty sure SXM is a non-FIFA country, but really, I don't know anything about it, besides it being crazy small. Anybody live down there or vacation down there and know where the pitch is? I'd be curious to check out the local/national scene, if there is any.
This CONCACAF article should give you an idea of footballing conditions on Sint Maarten. They are not (yet) a FIFA member, and I can't remember the last time they participated in the Caribbean Cup. The French half of the island (Saint-Martin), OTOH, regularly shows up for scheduled hammerings. Never been there, though.
