IMHO she has been our best player (foreign or domestic) over the past two years. I remember reviewing our selections before the first season and saying "Homare who?". When the USWNT played Japan in Atlanta in 1999 and we trounced them 7-0, I don't remember seeing anyone on the Japan team that impressed me. I am on the Sawa bandwagon now.
