I renewed my membership back on July 3 and have yet to receieve a 'welcome' email (if you were supposed to for renewals) or my membership package. I know there was a delay and that you guys are most likely out of scarves now, but Im just trying to get some type of help for this situation. I got a confirmation from ticketleap and my card was charged for the membership; I know I signed up late but it seems not as late as some in this thread who have gotten their packages. I sent emails and pms to a few people in the SOB but have not gotten a response, not sure if they were to the correct people, but im hoping this option will get to someone who can help me out. Thanks
Everyone should have received their welcome email and package by now. If you didn't, send an email with your details to membership@sonsofben.com and someone will take care of it.
