Apparently there were charter busses to the last DMB concert (why, I dont know) from Columbus to whatever, and 6 Crew players were smoking up the whole way. I know a guy that was with them and may have taken some pictures of the event...would it be worth posting on here? I figured Peter would be all over this...

Since this is BigSoccer, I'd be tempted to say that he's talking about DeMarcus Beasley, but the fact is that he's referring to the Dave Matthews Band. I personally would LOVE to know who the players were, but no, I don't think the team needs any more trouble right now. On the other hand, any players who were stupid enough to fire up in public and even let somebody take thier picture while doing so are clearly too fukking STUPID to play soccer.
It needs to be shown. Only way they will learn is to be publicly humiliated. I don't spend my money going to matches and buying merchandise so that these players can get stoned and go see Dave Matthews and some fu*ing hippie sh1t
Dude, just the fact that some Crew guys were going to go see the Dave Matthews Band disappoints me. Don't care what they were doing, it's their biz, but man Dave sucks.
I wasn't gonna say anything till ya mention DMB sucks....The Dave Matthews Band is a great group. Better than buying a CD for a frickin song while the rest are terrible....With DMB you can pop the CD in and listen front to back....Great stuff...

Well Akwari and Perea just have that look. Like if I was looking for a way to get weed, I'd ask these guys. West looks like he'd go along for the good times, and it would explain his play a bit. Denton because not much else could explain his play this season. Walsh just gives me that party-time vibe, and you can't tell my Mad Dog McCarty doesn't look like a man who knows how to roll of a fat spliff.

Dude, whatever, I respect your opinion and all, but they aint nothing compared to someone like, oh let's say: Bob Dylan. The man makes true records. DMB's stuff gets old to me after listening to their music for like 5 min. Dylan is timeless. -Oh and great Clinton picture, Archer.
ok you cant compare DMB to Dylan its two diffrent eras..You can say that Dylan was great in his Era and still is today. You can also so that DMB is great in todays era. I love DMB and Dylan but it just not fair to compare the two to each other.
something about "too fukking stupid to play soccer" leads me to believe Brian West was one of the guys. Of course, Dave Matthews Band is a hippy band, so Martino and Trevor Perea were probably there as well. Maybe Michael Ultschey and Jake Tragger were there also. We'll know after tonight after some of the players play like rubbish.
For the record, Dave Matthews is horrible. Someone needs to introduce him to Clint Mathis. I'm sure Mathis has a friend who has a few shotguns.
