I've heard there's a snag with financing the SSS -- something about the projected costs being greater than the $65 million budgeted for the project -- that's holding up the start of construction. Anyone know via reliable sources what's up? 3rd Degree?
That's not good news! I hope they can get these problems worked out and get this thing going. Hopefully it will be finished by the 2005 season but at this rate, who knows?
