Just wondering if the yellow Morelia inspired third jersey ever became available. I know since the fire gear site changed to the mls gear site it has been all old unwanted stuff. I thought they would restock with the Puma jackets and sweatshirts again. What's up with the lack on gear online this season?

Both fine questions. I have to chime in that the web site store has been a real disappointment since MLS has taken over operations.

I know the Fire had their hands tied on this, but come on - this is the revenue section of the site. In most worlds it would be the 1st priority.

Totally agree. It's always amazed me how poor the merchandising portion of the Fire sire is. Even at its best it was pretty poor. There is definetely an opportunity to increase revenue and club visability if someone would put some effort into this side of things.

Agreed, I wanted a Fire wooly over the winter and they were never restocked, and it has been downhill since then

Well, I have a hunch we're going to get an idea about that yellow jersey on July 17th now.

The way I know it, the 3rd jersey (yellow) would be worn for special games, US Open Cup, and maybe one MLS game.

I recall that the 3rd jersey was base on or a tribute to Morellia. Is that correct? Or did I just forget my medication?

If it's based on Morellia, then the 17th would seem to be the time to unveil it.

Confirmed. In the Fire Insider. Says a "Yellow and Red" morelia tribute jersey to be worn and auctioned off July 17.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but check the MLS section of the newest Eurosport, they're in there. Really nice I think.
