Ivy League-educated Republican politicians love to pass off lies for the rubes to swallow. See also Josh Hawley and his whining about the first amendment when his book was cancelled. Shows a real disrespect for the people whose votes they rely on.

I was thinking that. Indoctrinated by Robert’s and The dick waving drunk. Then marrying the douchebag.
There’s three strikes. No wonder she’s keeping quiet.

I want to point out, I’m not defending Usha, other than to say she isn’t as outwardly crazy as Suella.

Also, she wasn’t indoctrinated by Roberts & Kavanaugh. She was obviously was already on the conservative train to be considered for those positions. May be a bit smarter about PR than Eileen Cannon, and possibly the law in general, but clearly a political operative for the Federalist Society all the same.

Yeah, she didn't need to be convinced to be a conservative, she already is one. It seems most Indian Americans are Republican based on Anecdotal evidence.

JD Vance’s Wife: My Husband Only Meant to Insult People Who Actively Choose Not to Have Kids, Not People Who Are Trying but Are Unsuccessful | Vanity Fair

Usha Vance took a stab at defending JD Vance’s “childless cat ladies” remark on Monday, saying in an interview that her husband—who has also said people without kids are more likely to be mentally unstable sociopaths—would never want to hurt people trying to have kids. The problem’s just the heathens who actively choose not to have them, you see...

Brutal but, I am certain, very accurate description......

J.D. Vance’s Weird Event in Philadelphia

Amanda Marcotte attended Sen. J.D. Vance’s (R-OH) campaign event in Philadelphia yesterday and noted one upside: “There was no line to use the ladies’ room.”

“Vance’s event was small, mean, and yes, weird, featuring the unjustified sarcasm of the candidate and a desperate feeling reminiscent of the mood at a strip mall shot bar at 2 a.m. on ‘ladies night.'”

“There was one kind of diversity in this small but weirdly intense crowd… Every type of white man that gets a hasty ‘swipe left’ on his dating profile was in attendance.”

PS. Someone commented on the location :

To those unfamiliar with Philly. This is one step up from Four Seasons Total Landscaping… it’s where amateur wrestling matches take place. Not even UFC type matches mind you. It’s sandwiched in between warehouses and industrial buildings. …. Weird.

Dude spoke in the epitome of wealthy racist towns today (Shelby).

Macomb County, where Shelby is based is also the epitome of Whitelandia.

I'm surprised we haven't heard this line of attack: "Leroy here [show picture of Black man surrounded by little kids] has fathered 10 children with 6 different women. JD Vance thinks he should get 10 times more votes than Bill [show White man with 1 child]." Of course Kamala can't say that herself. But the right wing hasn't thought this through - who has the highest birth rates? Vance wants to give the people coming to replace us more votes just because they have more kids!

Don't worry, they'll do that AFTER they deport 11 million people, and they might just round up a few citizens that don't look or talk just right.

I think they're gonna get Mexico to pay for it, too.

Apparently Vance's only problem with white replacement theory is that it is not happening fast enough.

Eh, I think it could be a combination of the remnants of their caste system, coupled with the fact that you have to have money to be able to immigrate from there to here. But, I'll defer to others with more direct knowledge.

I can tell you that one notable Dem congresscritter in Chicagoland is Raja Krishnamoorthi, but yeah, I do note a fair number of Indians to trend rightwards politically.

Vance is a weirdo and a stalker.....

J.D. Vance Is on a Stalker Tour of Swing States

    August 7, 2024

Joan Walsh: “The rollicking Harris-Walz lovefest was in sharp contrast with Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance’s dour appearance in Philly earlier in the day. Vance is scheduled to trail the pair to all the swing states they plan to visit this week.”

“What is Donald Trump doing, sending his weirdo running mate out to stalk the charismatic Democratic duo, like a hang-dog ex-husband? The low-energy Trump has exactly one event this week, in the critical swing state of… Montana.”

“In Philadelphia, roughly 200 people turned out to hear Vance whine, take cheap shots and introduce unfortunate local residents who blamed immigrants for their family members’ drug problems.

I thought that it was the other way around with more Indians being Democratic than Republican. The Democratic lieutenant governor of Maryland, Aruna Miller, was born in India.

Then you've got "Nikki" Haley, and "Bobby" Jindal as further examples of Indian right-wing pigeons.

Trump's VP screening really wasn't up to scratch at all.
